Pause during Ruku; duration of pause is duration of saying " subhanallah " .

Bow to 90 degree. It's sunnat here to say the following dhikr:

"My Lord Most Great is exalted above all limitation,"

Put the hands on the knees, fingers apart, with back and neck extended, legs straight, and elbows out, though women keep them close.

Dhikr can be read 1X, 3x, 5X, 7X, 9X, 11X
